This policy applies to all purchases of ScriptYard unlocks sold by Filmsnickeriet AB.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including simply changing your mind.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or order reference, or email us at hello@scriptyard.io and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within a few business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated unlock is removed from your account and the paid feature locks again. Your scripts and all other content remain yours and stay in your account.
